That’s why we’ve designed a transparent, fair, and customer-friendly shipping and return policy. We work with reliable logistics partners and follow strict packaging protocols to ensure that your tea reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event that something doesn’t go as planned, our support team is always here to help—because your peace of mind matters just as much as the tea itself.
Shipping – Prepaid Orders
We believe that great tea should come with great convenience. That’s why we offer affordable and simple shipping options for all prepaid orders.
Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders above ₹599 (excluding Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India).
A ₹50 shipping charge applies to prepaid orders below ₹599.
Shipping – COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
For those who prefer to pay at the time of delivery, we offer COD with nominal additional charges to help cover payment collection.
For orders up to ₹599, a ₹50 shipping fee + ₹25 COD charge will apply.
For orders above ₹599, only a ₹50 COD charge will apply—no shipping fee.
Please note: COD is not available for addresses in Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
We understand that waiting for your tea can feel like forever, so we do our best to dispatch and deliver as quickly as possible.
All orders are typically packed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS once your order is on its way.
Cancellations
We get it—sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, here’s how it works.
Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.
If the order is already shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible—but you may still qualify for a replacement or refund in case of any issues.
Replacements
While we don’t accept returns, we are happy to replace your product if something goes wrong. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged product received
– Notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos for our internal checks. We’ll arrange a replacement quickly.Wrong product received

– Received fewer items than ordered? Let us know within 72 hours, and we’ll send the rest right away.Tea tastes stale or off
– We want every sip to feel right. If the tea tastes different or feels stale, reach out within 5 days of delivery with details and we’ll send a replacement.
Refunds
In the rare event that a replacement is not possible or you prefer a refund, we’ve got you covered—with a simple and transparent process.
All refund requests go through internal quality checks, so we may ask for photos or proof before approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
If you don’t see the refund within the expected time, feel free to follow up with us.
Refunds will not be processed if:
The issue is reported after 7 days of delivery, or
You fail to provide necessary supporting evidence.
